A Medical Education Company
BW Medical Education is two resident physicians and a medical student building interactive clinical education tools. The physicians write and verify the medicine. The founder designs the tools that make it stick.

Mo Icasiano
Osteopathic Medical Student
Mo is a third-year osteopathic medical student. He built Bone Wizardry because the learning tools he wanted didn't exist, and he had the engineering background to make them. He designs the product, writes the code, and works with the physicians to turn their clinical writing into interactive pages.
Dr. Kaitlyn Cocuzzo, MD
Physician Writer
Pediatric Neurology · PGY-3, Riley Children’s Hospital
Resident physician in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities at Riley Children's Hospital, training toward triple board certification in Pediatrics, Child Neurology, and Developmental Disabilities. Her work translates dense neurology into clean, repeatable patterns, with particular attention to neurodivergent learners. She writes and reviews the neurology, neuroanatomy, pediatrics, and clinical-reasoning material, and verifies each page for clinical accuracy.
Dr. Fatima Ali, DO
Physician Writer
Psychiatry · PGY-1, University Hospitals, Columbia
Psychiatry resident at University Hospitals in Columbia, Missouri, and a graduate of Kansas City University. Her osteopathic training brings a whole-system, mechanism-first approach to the subjects students struggle most to reason through on their own. She writes and reviews the psychiatry, osteopathic medicine, OMM, and clinical-reasoning material, and verifies each page for clinical accuracy.
How we work
01
A resident physician writes the clinical content, the reasoning, and the case walkthroughs. The medicine comes from doctors who practice the specialty.
02
The founder designs each page around active recall: one concept per screen, question-driven walkthroughs, and mechanics built for how memory actually works.
03
Before anything goes live, a physician reviews every value, mechanism, and answer choice against current clinical standards. Nothing publishes without sign-off.
Our platform
